Career Wins

Same ritual as the volleyball wins, but more closely mirroring Lara Hogan's approach. When something real lands at work (a promotion, a launch, a project that survives contact with its users), it gets marked with a can of sparkling water.

The idea is the same and follows what my friend Bruno always says: "Celebrate the little wins".
